Enterprise scope

Unlimited employees, locations and QR codes; every module at 0 ₼. Work outside these three bands is quoted individually against its scope.
Frequently asked questions
How do I pay? add
By invoice, settled through a bank transfer. The invoice is prepared from the plan and modules you chose.
Is there an extra charge per QR code or per door? add
No. The number of active QR codes is part of the plan: 3 on Starter, 10 on Business, 50 on Pro, unlimited on Enterprise. You raise it by changing plan, not by paying a per-door fee.
Can I try a module before buying it? add
For 14 days. The trial is once per company and module for the lifetime of the account; Starter can have 1 module in trial at a time, Business and Pro 2. Enterprise has no trial, because the modules are already in the plan.
What happens if I hit a plan limit? add
Once a limit is full you cannot create a new employee, location or active QR code; existing records and scans keep working. Limits go up by changing plan.
What does paying yearly get me? add
The yearly price of the same plan is 31–34% below twelve monthly payments. Switch the billing period in the calculator to check the difference yourself.
Is there a free plan? add
It is in the table, but it does not open through self-service signup today: the plan list in the product code has no free plan. The fastest way to evaluate the product right now is the demo.
How does the price change as the team grows? add
The price is fixed per plan — up to the plan’s employee cap, a new employee adds nothing. So the monthly cost per employee falls as the team grows: 1.30 ₼ → 0.83 ₼ → 0.50 ₼. The calculator shows it with your own numbers.
