Switching systems halfway through an annual subscription looks expensive. So we credit up to 3 months of service against the time you have left, import your employee list from an Excel file, and you print your new QR boards on day one.

How the credit is worked out

Anything that confirms your subscription end date: an invoice, a payment receipt, or a screenshot of your account.

Whole remaining months are counted

Each whole month left is one month of credit. If more than three months remain, the credit stops at three — we write that up front so it is not a surprise later.

The credit lands on the invoice

It is deducted from your first QRFlow invoice. Payment is by bank transfer.

Export your employee list

Pull the employee list out of your current system as Excel or CSV. The minimum we need is three columns: employee code, first name, last name. Phone, email, department, position, site and shift are recognised too if you have them.

.xlsx and .csv are accepted (up to 5 MB). Column headers are recognised automatically in Azerbaijani, English and Russian spellings; anything unrecognised you pick yourself. After the preview only valid rows are written, and faulty rows are shown with their reason.

Set up sites, shifts and rules

The site's place and check-in distance, the "work network only" rule if you want it, the shifts (overnight ones included) and the repeat-scan pause. The panel walks you through a checklist and sees for itself, from real data, when each step is done.

Create the QR codes and print the boards

Every QR code has a print-ready board: company name, site, code label and scanning instructions, in the panel language. You print it straight from the browser. Each employee binds their own device on the first scan.

QR boards

Every active QR code has a print view: company name, site name, code label, a large QR and the scanning instructions, in the panel language (AZ / EN / RU).

infoWe do not print and ship the boards. We give you the print page; you or your printer does the printing — that is the one step not included in the service.

1. The campaign is for the first 20 companies only. When the places are gone this section is removed from the site. We show no counter, because you could not verify one.
2. Applications close on 30 November 2026.
3. The credit is granted only against a document confirming the remaining subscription.
4. The credit is at most 3 months and at least 1. If less than one whole month remains, no credit is granted.
5. The credit is not paid out in cash, not refunded and not transferable to another company.
6. One legal entity (by tax number) may use the campaign once.
7. The credit applies to the plan fee only; module subscriptions are outside it.
8. We may end the campaign at any time. Ending it does not affect credits already confirmed in writing.

Frequently asked questions

add Can you migrate our historical attendance records too?

The employee list — yes, through the import wizard in a few minutes. Past check-in records stay in your old system's archive, while QRFlow collects every record itself from the switch date on.

add How long does the migration take?

For one site, one shift and up to 25 employees the initial setup usually fits into a working day. Most of that time goes on pinning down the site location, the workplace network details and shift rules — the import itself takes minutes.

add What do the employees have to do?

One thing, once: scan the QR code and bind their device. After that the scan stays bound to that device; when a phone changes, the old device is revoked and the new one is bound.

add Can we run both systems in parallel for a while?

Yes, nothing prevents it: two sets of QR codes, two sets of reports. But staff then have to scan twice a day, so we suggest keeping the parallel period to a week or two.

add Is there a separate charge for migrating?

No. We do not sell a setup fee, an import fee or an "onboarding package". The only thing you pay for is the plan, plus any modules you choose.

add Can I pay by card?

Billing currently runs on invoices and bank transfer — the standard, documented route for company accounting.

add Our competitor has an iOS app. Do you?

Your employees add the app to their phone with YOUR name and logo from a single link — no App Store or Google Play search — and it opens like a normal app. A store app is on our roadmap.

add If we change our minds, can we get our data back?

Yes, at any time: employees, attendance, timesheets and reports download as xlsx or csv. We do not hold data hostage.
