How it works
From signing up to your first QR code usually takes a few minutes. The panel walks you through it step by step.
The system speaks four languages — Azerbaijani, English, Russian and Uzbek. You choose which ones are enabled.

You switch each check on or off by your own rules. What follows is not a slogan — it is the system's everyday work.
Clocking in from home is impossible.
An employee can check in only on the site's grounds — within 100 metres by default. You set the distance for each site yourself.
verified Even if the phone hides its location the outcome is the same: the check-in is refused. A doubtful case never counts as a pass.
Scanning in for a friend does not get through.
Each employee can check in only from their own approved phone. A code scanned from an unrecognised phone is refused.
verified If a phone is lost, one click removes it — nobody can check in from that phone again.
If you wish — only from the site's Wi-Fi network.
For those who want extra insurance: have check-ins accepted only from your workplace's internet. This check is optional — it is switched on per QR code.
verified An attempt from an outside network is refused and logged with its reason.
Photographing and sharing the QR code gets nobody anywhere.
The code shown on screen refreshes itself, and the old one becomes invalid at once. Taking a photo and sending it to someone at home does not work.
verified Nor can a new code be built from a photo of the old one.
A short pause starts after every successful check-in — a code accidentally scanned twice does not create a double entry. The employee sees on screen when they may scan again.
Whether it is a check-in or a check-out, the system decides by itself — the employee makes no choice, so they can make no mistake.
Correct reports
The difference between an attendance system and an accountant is a handful of small details — and each one creates manual work once a month.
In the Excel file the letters Ə, ğ, ı, İ, ö, ş and ü stay exactly as they are — nobody has to fix the list by hand.
Azerbaijani letters come out correctly in PDF reports too — you can send them straight to print.
The shift rule — start, end, grace minutes, break — is saved like a photograph the moment a session opens. Change the rule tomorrow and last month’s timesheet stays as it was.

Night shifts, work running past midnight and seasonal clock changes do not confuse the report — the numbers always agree with your local time.

Several sessions in one day are normal: a lunch break closes one, coming back opens the next. Lateness is measured against the first arrival of the day only.

By invoice and bank transfer. The invoice is prepared from your headcount and the modules you chose — an official document for your accounting.
No. The camera reads the QR code and the page opens in the browser. An employee who wants to can add that page to their home screen. We have no app on the App Store or Google Play.
Not if the location check is on. If the employee is outside the site's grounds the check-in is refused. If the phone hides its location it is refused too — “no data” does not count as an excuse.
No. Check-in is tied to the employee's own approved phone — a code scanned from somebody else's phone is refused. Even if it is scanned twice at the same moment, only one entry lands in the timesheet.
The scan is not recorded, and the screen shows this immediately. That is a protection: a scan stored on a phone and sent later cannot have its place and time verified, so such a record never reaches your report — your timesheet holds only entries with a confirmed place and time.
Yes. Reports export to Excel and the names are not mangled. Closing a module does not delete anything either: the history stays readable and the export stays open.
No. The rule is saved whenever a session opens, and the report is built from that saved copy. A change you make this month does not touch last month’s timesheet.
You decide who sees and does what — each permission is granted separately. Admin sign-ins are protected with two-step confirmation (with Google Authenticator, for example), and every important change is logged: who changed what, and when.
