What happens after you press the button

    1. The registration form

    Company name, your name, an email address, a password of at least 8 characters, a timezone and the language of your workspace. Nothing else is asked.

    2. The workspace opens immediately

    You are signed in as soon as you submit the form. Your first site and a standard 09:00–18:00 shift (5 minutes of lateness allowance, a 60-minute break) come already set up — attendance works right away.

    3. Your company's own app address

    A short address is derived from your company name. When employees add it to their home screen, the app opens with your name and your icon.

    A six-step checklist opens. The steps are verified against live data: add an employee from another page and the step closes here too.

    Location

    The site's name, its place on the map and the distance within which check-ins are accepted.

  2. 2 tune

    Rules

    Which checks are on: phone, network, location.

  3. 3 wifi

    Work network (optional)

    If you wish, have check-ins accepted only from the site's own internet. This step can also be skipped.

  4. 4 schedule

    Shift

    Working hours, working days, the lateness grace period and the break.

  5. 5 groups

    Employees

    Add them one by one, or import from an Excel or CSV file.

  6. 6 qr_code_2

    QR code

    A fixed code, or one that refreshes itself. You print it and put it on the wall.

Worth having to hand before you start

None of it is mandatory and all of it can be added later. But with it ready, the wizard fits into one sitting.

  • check_circle The company name. The legal name that appears on invoices is a separate field and can be filled in later.
  • check_circle The address or map coordinate of the site.
  • check_circle Your site's internet details — if you want check-ins accepted only from the work network (we find them together during setup).
  • check_circle Working hours, working days and the break.
  • check_circle The employee list. For a handful of people, typing them in is faster.

What arrives switched on

The attendance module is active from the start. A new workspace opens on the Starter plan: you can switch on cleaning, visitors & events, customer satisfaction or team communication yourself with a 14-day trial (one module at a time). Inspections & patrols and work schedule open from Business, assets & maintenance from Pro.

Starter 25 employees, 2 sites, 3 QR codes. Business 100, 5, 10. Pro 500, 20, 50. These are the real limits.
