Our promises
The six statements below are not slogans — they are what the system does every day. You can check each one on the demo page or in your own workspace.
Employees check in only from the workplace
Clocking in from home, scanning in for a friend, sharing a photo of the QR — none of it works. A doubtful attempt never counts as a pass.
An approved report never changes afterwards
Change a shift rule and last month's timesheet stays exactly as it was. In an inspection, an audit or a payroll dispute, you are covered.
No record disappears silently
A failed attempt is logged too: who, when, and for what reason. And whoever changes anything, that is logged as well.
Your names are never mangled
In Excel and PDF reports the letters Ə, ğ, ı, İ, ö, ş, ü come out exactly as written — no fixing documents by hand.
Your data is yours
Employees, attendance, timesheets and reports download as Excel or CSV at any time. Closing a module does not delete your history either. We do not hold data hostage.
Your sign-in is protected
Admin accounts are protected with two-step confirmation (with Google Authenticator, for example), and each permission is granted separately.
